Club39 @Punggol

Every youth has the potential to shine, no matter what your background is.

Our Youth Club offers an array of services and facilities for the youths in our community. The club has been an outreach space for us to connect with youths, impart new skills, and have fun.

Volunteer Roles: Club Supervisors, mentors and activity/program coordinators.

Conversational English

We conduct classes to help attendees with the basics of spoken English,

increase proficiency for their daily routines and build confidence in communication.

Volunteer Roles: Teachers, Facilitators and befrienders.

Crafts4life

We comprise of a sewing club and finger painting workshop.

Our sewing club makes items to raise funds for Church Missions. Our finger painting workshop regularly participates in community events.

Volunteer Roles: Facilitators and befrienders.

Eshkol Valley Preschool

Eshkol Valley is Gospel Light's Christian Preschool partner. The preschool seeks to give the best of the play-based and academic approach to shape children for school and life.

Volunteer Roles: Weekly Bible Study Teacher.

Migrant Worker Care

Our ministry has adopted and cares for 6 dormitories housing workers in Tuas.

We work closely with MOM ACE team to bring festive celebrations and conduct excursions for both migrant brothers in the dorms and foreign domestic workers.

Volunteer Roles: Activity/program planners, Logistics support and befrienders.

Safe, Sound, Sleeping Places (3SP)

In partnership with Bless Community Services, designated areas in our Church premises function as a night shelter for the homeless.

Volunteer Roles: Lady befrienders.

ShineKIDZ

We’re a Kidz Club here to serve the school children of Punggol.

Our After School Care center cares for 52 students from more than 9 primary schools. We exist to help students with their growth and development, by providing a conducive environment for learning.

Volunteer Roles: Activity/program planner, Assistant Teachers.

St Luke Eldercare

We conduct chapel services several times a month to minister to an average of 60 to 80 seniors at the Elder Care Centre. St Luke’s will be opening more centres, active ageing hubs and a nursing home.

Volunteer Roles: Worship leader, Musician (keyboardist and guitarist) and befrienders.

We’re a community of urban farmers who love to grow our own food and spend time in the garden.

Our activities take place weekly at our church building and at the community plot at BLK 121 Edgedale Plains.
