Today’s Christmas is a very upscale celebration! It is diametrically opposite to the scene 2000 years that it purports to commemorate! The true scene of the birth of Jesus in that lowly barn has many lessons for us as Christians. It reminds us that we need not only to reach out with God’s love to others but also to reach DOWN – as God’ Son reached down to us!
